The young robin in this video has caused the signal for his human to dig up some soil and provide some juicy worms. He trembles happily when the man begins to flip the top layer of the ground to reveal the prize.
This signal further encourages the human and soon sets in motion. He gets excited when he sees a worm and the robin knows exactly what his noises mean. Another mature worm for harvest!
He encourages his trained human being with the typical chirping of a little bird that asks his father for food and the man seems to understand it.
While lowering an adorable fat worm into her open mouth, she thrills with enthusiasm the feathers of his wings to reward his behavior. In fact, she's so well trained that she almost pursues her with another juicy bite, even when she's had enough!
This little bird has a human trained to dig food for her. It is known that humans can be trained, they should be smart enough. Cats quickly get their bipeds, a rapid rubbing of ankles and people react accordingly, serving meals.
Dogs could take longer to teach their humans because someone was stupid enough to tell people that they were alpha in the relationship and it has been a battle ever since! But over time they learn what it means to bark "open the door" and what it means that it is time for them to walk.
Both the kind person and the bird clearly enjoy the activity and seem to communicate on the same level. Who says humans are difficult to train?
